According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 255 "rules of the remote contract", the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days. These rules are aimed at protecting consumers who, when making purchases, cannot check the selected product or service and assess their compliance with consumer preferences.

Paragraph 4 of Article No. 12 of the Law of the Republic of Latvia "On Consumer Rights Protection" states, "Sending a refusal within the prescribed period terminates the contract and releases the consumer from any contractual obligations, except for payments related to the return of goods to the manufacturer, seller or service provider."

"Law on Consumer Protection" 12. Article 6. part states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of realization of the right to refuse." The product can only be returned in its original undamaged packaging and in full package. The online store reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to use the right of refusal if the product has been used and/or damaged, if it is not in the original packaging or the packaging of the product is significantly damaged.

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by writing [email protected] or by calling +371 284 88 298 , or whatsapp here. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the rejection letter. All costs incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.
