SIA ROTTE, Reg. No. 40203440228, Dienvidu iela 5/3-7, Salaspils, Salaspils nov., LV-2169, Latvia on the one hand, hereinafter the Seller, and the person carrying out the order, hereinafter the Buyer, on the other hand, enters into the following contract:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods(s) to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

The order of delivery and payment

  • Payment options:
  • Payment by payment cards;
  • Payment via Internet banking. Payment by bank transfer to the current account. After placing an order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address, where our details will be indicated. Orders that are not paid within 36 hours are canceled.

The Seller provides delivery of the goods within 1-14 days from the date of receipt of payment for the goods.

The Seller sends the Buyer an e-mail confirmation of acceptance of the order.

Cancellation policy

The Buyer has the legal right to cancel the order. You, as the Buyer, have the right to withdraw your contractual obligations within 5 (five) days - by sending a notification, from which follows your decision to terminate the contract. The term begins from the moment of receipt of the order confirmation, but no later than the moment of delivery of the goods to the Buyer or to a third party specified by the Buyer.

Return policy

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by writing [email protected] or by calling +371 284 88 298 , or whatsapp here.The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the rejection letter. All costs incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer may exercise the right of refusal if:

  • the purchased product was not used;
  • the original packaging and packaging of the purchased goods are preserved and not damaged;
  • The Buyer can present a document confirming the purchase

- The money is returned to the Buyer's bank account within 7 working days after receiving the goods.

According to the Law of the Republic of Latvia On the Protection of Consumer Rights, Part 12 of Article 6 states that "the consumer and the person responsible for the quality and safety of goods retains the right to refuse on time of sale." The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right to refuse or withhold compensation in case of damage to the goods, negligent handling of the goods during use or non-compliance with instructions, as well as the original packaging or packaging of criminal goods and liability.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. When entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified email address.

Dispute Resolution Rules

According to the law of the Republic of Latvia arising on the basis of these rules, the legislation of the Republic of Latvia applies.

Any disagreements arising from compliance with these rules should be resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to agree, 

  1. The Buyer has the right to use alternative dispute resolution options provided for by regulatory acts, including by submitting to the Seller a written application for an out-of-court dispute resolution indicating his contact details, the date of filing and the nature of the dispute, the claim and its justification. Information about the possibilities of resolving out-of-court disputes can be found on the website of the Consumer Protection Center.
  2. The dispute may be submitted to the court for consideration in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
